# 發行單位介紹｜能源轉型推動聯盟

全臺各地十多個關切能源轉型的民間團體，於2015年聯合組成「能源轉型推動聯盟（能轉盟）」，倡議更健全的地方能源治理，至今進行過三次政策評比，發布《2015全臺縣市節能治理政策評比報告》、《2017-2018年地方縣市政府能源政策評比報告》、《2022年縣市政府氣候與能源治理評比報告》，獲得報章媒體廣泛報導，並受到各縣市政府高度重視。

能轉盟藉由評比過程持續與地方政府第一線工作者進行互動，協助地方政府盤點政策推動之潛力、困境並發展因應策略，進而建構更健全的氣候與能源治理能力，並透過評比結果的媒體效應，試圖帶動正向的政策競爭，促進地方政府相互參照學習，也引發更多民眾對自身所在縣市氣候與能源相關施政表現之關注與理解，進而提升氣候與能源議題之意識與認知。

能轉盟於2023年成立「淨零轉型地方連線」，第一階段已邀請到六都將近一百位跨黨派議員加入，也同時持續號召更多議員加入連線，共同監督地方淨零政策的落實。
