# 一、檢視氣候績效的指標與方法
由於排碳大戶19的溫室氣體排放量，佔全台總排放量的四成以上，因此檢視排碳大戶的氣候績效，對於台灣是否能達成2050淨零排放至關重要。本報告依據環境部「事業應盤查登錄溫室氣體排放量之排放源」名單，篩選出獲得永續獎的39家排碳大戶。這39家排碳大戶分屬12個產業，其中半導體業有11家、9家石化工業，兩者合計就占了得獎排碳大戶的一半。（詳細業別分佈請參見[附件三](/2025-corporate-sustainability-reporting-tracker/lu-fu-jian/fu-jian-san-39-jia-huo-de-yong-xu-jiang-ken-ding-de-pai-tan-da-hu-ye-bie-fen-bu-zhuang-kuang.md)）
綠盟與台灣氣候行動網絡研究中心發布的《2024企業永續追蹤報告》中，已參考國際常用指標，同時考量台灣政策法規的情境脈絡，建立一套涵蓋三大面向、共十項指標的氣候績效檢核表。本章將以此氣候績效檢核表，檢視各永續獎項得獎企業於2024年度出版的永續報告書中所揭露的氣候績效。
